Virat Kohli hilariously shuts down Yuzvendra Chahal who tried trolling RCB skipper

RCB had a tough day in the field during their match against Kings XI Punjab, but that doesn’t take away the mood in the dressing room. Yuzvendra Chahal, who is known for pulling people’s leg in social media pulled one of his jokes on his RCB skipper Virat Kohli. He took it in a sporty manner and responded to it in the most hilarious way.

Kohli posts a workout video, Chahal reacts

Kohli is known for the tough fitness routine that he follows. He also frequently posts his workout videos on Instagram to motivate the youth of the country. Recently he uploaded a video where he can be seen doing a certain exercise to strengthen his legs.

“Putting in some daily work to prepare for this heat. Btw pls tag and ask Chris Morris why he’s making those sounds in the background” he captioned the video.

His RCB team-mate and popular cricketer on Instagram Yuzi Chahal, as always commented below that post to tease his skipper.

“Why are you wearing my shorts bhaiya” commented Chahal trying to mock the length of the shorts.

Virat took it in a light-hearted manner and teases him back with a hilarious reply.

“Because you never wear them” he replied.

Former England player and a great friend of Kohli, Kevin Pietersen also trolled him for the length of the shorts.

Mixed start to RCB’s IPL 2020 campaign

RCB as always was the most talked-about team before the start of the tournament. Some believed they had the squad to make it count this time, whereas some believed they would again fall short. Much like the varied expectations, their campaign too started with a mixed result. In their first match of the tournament, they comfortably overcame the SRH challenge by beating them by 10 runs. But in the next immediate match itself, they were almost one-sided by KL Rahul and co. Having set a target of 207, courtesy of KL Rahul’s stunning century, KXIP bowled RCB out or a mere 109. Kohli and boys will be hoping to forget that day and come afresh for the next challenge against Mumbai Indians tomorrow.
