- 2 cups wheat flour,

- 2 tbsp ghee,

- 4 – 5 pieces of garlic cloves,
- 1 finely chopped medium sized onion,
- 1 grated ginger,
- 2 – 3 finely chopped green chilies,

- 1 tbsp lemon juice,
- Red chili pickle or any other pickle,
- Salt as per taste.

- 2 medium sized boiled potatoes,
- 1 large round eggplant
- 3 medium sized tomatoes,
- 4 – 5 peeled garlic cloves,
- 2 – 4 chopped green chilies,
- grated ginger,
- 2 medium sized finely chopped onions,
- 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves,
- 2 tsp mustard [Musturd Oil] oil,
- Salt as per taste.

Now mix chopped onions, green coriander, grated ginger, salt, green chili and mustard oil in it and now your chokha is ready.
